Who We Are

Elaine Frazel

Elaine Frazel retired after approximately 25 years in trust administration, working for Crocker Bank, Wells Fargo, Union Bank and The Mechanics Bank. She managed the Oakland Trust Office of The Mechanics Bank from its inception in 1994 through 2000.

In 2002 she started Fiduciary Accounting Services, a sole proprietorship, specializing in preparing accountings for trusts, estates and conservatorships. She has served as consultant for the Alameda County Office of the Public Guardian, assisting and training their staff in the preparation of court accountings. She has assisted individual trustees and their advisors with accounting issues as well.

She has been a resident of the East Bay since 1968, when she graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.

Heather Hamilton

Heather Hamilton joined Fiduciary Accounting Services, LLC in June 2007. She has extensive background in business and accounting, private banking, and personal financial planning.

Prior to joining Fiduciary Accounting Services, LLC, Heather had a 15 year career in banking working for Comerica Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, City National Bank and Wells Fargo. She was most recently with Comerica Bank as First Vice President primarily serving privately held and family owned businesses.

She is a graduate of the California State University at Chico, with a degree in Finance. She is a member of the Diablo Valley Estate Planning Council, the Wellness Community Leadership Council, Financial Women's Association, and currently serves on the board of the Junior League of Oakland - East Bay.
